Migration from ICMS College System to other institutions

Students who have passed their S.S.C Examination (Matric) from Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education other than the Peshawar Board will have to produce their Migration Certificate from their respective Board with in fifteen days after the closing date of admission. The same will apply to the students seeking admission in DBA/D.Com even having passed the S.S.C Examination from B.I.S.E Peshawar.

Migration to ICMS College.
Students who are permitted to join ICMS College System by migration from another college are admitted provisionally and are charged full fees i.e Rs. 30,000/- from the date of admission up to the date when migration is sanctioned. When migration is sanctioned they are required to obtain a discharge certificate and attendance record from the institution last attended. 50% amount of the students will be confiscated within a month if he failed to provide the required documents.. Students who fail to obtain a discharge certificate from their previous institution with in a period of 10 days after the migration, cannot avail this facility .

Documents Required

1. Original migration certificate issue by the respective board
2. Copy of Matric DMC
3. Copy of domicile certificate
4. Copy of father’s National Identity Card
5. Fresh copies of 6 photo graphs
6. Receipt of Rs. 30,000/- fro account section

 

Migration from other institution to ICMS College.
Students who migrate from ICMS College System to join some other college must observe the following rules.

1. They must apply to the Board on a prescribed migration form (Obtainable from the Board Office).
2. They must clear all their dues before submitting the migration form.
3. They must apply in writing for leave if they wish to leave the station after their form of migration has been sent to the Board. All such students are considered as on the roll of this college until they obtain a discharge certificate from this college
4. The college will only allow migration to students who have studied in their previous college subjects offered at ICMS College System.
