It is often said that education is a better safeguard of liberty than a standing army. This adage has gained supreme importance in this age of s-called globalize world where the economy of the industrialized rich, the “have”, are spreading their nasty tentacles into the fledging economics of the developing countries. Pakistan is the part of the world which is flapping her wings for progress and prosperity. The educational institutions of our country have been playing a pivotal role in equipping our youth for this global challenge. The contribution of ICMS College System cannot be gainsaid in this regard. Among the educational institutions in private sector, ICMS College System is playing a leading role in enlightening the youth of Pakistan in general and NWFP in particular inculcating a sense of social responsibilities.

It is encouraging to see the ICMS College System is stepping into a new academic year in its ongoing endeavour to provide quality education to our youth. I must congratulate both the management and faculty members on this occasion. Our country faces the daunting task of developing an education system compatible with the present day needs. To achieve this cherished goal, we have to exploit all available resources for imparting quality education.
Although the government, on its part, is sparing no effort in making the educational facilities accessible to the people, yet the role of private sector assumes greater importance in the achievement of these objectives. I am confident that our private educational institutions would come up to the expectations of the nation in this respect. Being an active partner in this noble mission, it is hoped that the ICMS College System will continue to play its due role for the betterment of the country and its citizens, especially the youth.

The salubrious environment which the ICMS-CS provides to these young minds renders me hopeful and confident to say that the efforts of the staff regarding academic, curricular and co-curricular activities would definitely earn laurels for this institution. Education is must for the progress o humanity and for the progress of our society as well, this is what i believe in and this is what ICMS-CS is practicing since the inception of its glorious journey. Being a social animal we must adorn our society with the youth having been civilized - educated. Such youth are termed as today’s investment and are trusted to be helpful in future in fulfilling the dream of making our society and our country as a whole educated, civilized and progressive Islamic state of the world as dreamed by our founding fathers at the time of independence. I believe the ICMS-CS is an institution of very well reputation imparting quality education to the people of the area and the best of it which I admire the most is its slogan “Education With Social Responsibility”.

At the millennium conference where the world gathered at the platform of UN the people of the world through their leaders while figuring out the core issues of the world, were reminded that the basic solution to all these problems was hidden in quality education and this reality couldn't be completed without this posteriori that it was an un deniable right of every living child.
ICMS-CS founders would have kept the same remedy to the global menace in front of them-selves. ICMS-CS as the name suggests is an educational system which vowed to impart education through the beautiful product of quality and standard which I hope they will maintain in the coming days, and their quality and standard must produce excellence citizens then to contribute to road learning with no conceptual penetration.
