1. Candidates seeking admission in hostel are required to apply for hostel seat at the time of admission on prescribed form.
2. Hostel seats are allotted on the basis of first come first serve basis as the number of seats in hostel are limited.
3. Boarders are strictly not allowed to keep arms, intoxicants or any other harmful material. Any boarder found possessing such items will lead to his expulsion and strict disciplinary action.
4. Visitors and guests are not allowed to visit the boards except those whose names are given on the form by parents/guardians. Visitors who are permitted by parents/guardians are  not allowed to stay for night.
5. Warden will have the authority to fix timing for study and visit outside the hostel. Boarders are bound to observe the timings, failing to do so, warden will have the authority to take disciplinary action.
6. Boarders are not allowed to keep valuable because hostel administration will not be responsible for the damage or theft of valuables.
7. Both the parties will be expelled immediately from the hostel in case of a fight.
8. Hostel dues should be deposited within the given time limit, failing to do so, fine will be charged according to the fine policy.
9. Any boarder who damages hostel property will have to pay for the damage and fine will also be charged according to the severity of the situation.
10. Any boarder who wants to leave the hostel has to inform the warden at least a month before leaving.
11. Boarders who wish to stay in hostel during gazetted holidays (more than two consecutive days) they have to inform the warden in written.
12. Warden and hostel committee will have the authority to change any of the above mentioned rules at any time. In case of any issue regarding hostel and where the rules are silent hostel committee’s decision will be final and binding.
