The prospectus applies to all the students of ICMS College System for Boys & Girls, Hayatabad, Peshawar
Students are required to read, know & abide by the rules & regulations mentioned in this prospectus. Ignorance of rules & regulations shall be no excuse for any violation. Any change/addition/modification if made in the rules & regulations of the institute after publication of this prospectus shall also be applicable to all students/applicants.
The management reserves the right to make any change in syllabi examination for students & when notified by the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Peshawar &
Board of technical Education Peshawar at any time during the course of studies
In all cases, where these regulations are silent or where there is difference of opinion about their interpretation, the matter will be referred to the ICMS different committees & its decision of shall be final.
The college management will report twice a year to the parents about the progress of their children which will clearly indicate the student’s attendance record & home examination record.
Parents Teachers Meeting shall be arranged at the end of April to discuss the overall performance of their children/wards.
