All the students of ICMS College System for Boys are required to abide by the following rules and regulations; or else, they shall be liable for any disciplinary action.
A student, no attending a class due to any reason and even though present in the college campus, shall be considered absent .
Repeated or continuous absence will make a student liable for heavy fine or expulsion from the college.
Students are required to be punctual by attending their classes according to the schedule / time table provided and late coming shall not be acceptable.
Student shall not leave his lecture room without permission of the respective teacher.
Students shall display their ID Cards in the college premises.
Students are not allowed to create any disturbance or take part in any unseemly activity in or near the college premises.
Un authorized games are not allowed in the college premises.
Outsiders/guests are not allowed in college.
Students damaging the college property shall be required to pay the cost of repair or replacement. Willful damage shall also be penalized with heavy fine by Principal of the college.
Students politics of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Students shall report a problem or complaint of any kind in written to the college’ Management.
Students are not allowed to paste posters, stickers, notices etc in the college premises without prior permission of the Principal.
Student not wearing proper uniform according to the college dress code shall not be allowed to attend any class.
Laptops are not allowed in the college premises.
Students are not allowed to wear necklaces, chains, bracelets, rings or any kind of jewelry in the college premises.
Students are not allowed to stay in the class rooms after the college timings.
Students are strictly prohibited to keep firearms or other weapons with them in the college premises.
Students shall keep the class rooms and hostel clean.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in college & hostel premises.
A fine of Rs. 20/- shall be charged for absence from each lecture/class.
Students are not be allowed to leave the college premises during the college timings.
Student are not allowed to possess any intoxicant .
Students found guilty of using abusive language will be penalized.
Students involved in a brawling /quarreling or skirmishing shall be terminated / struck off.
In case of suspension of admission due to some offence, a fine of Rs 10,000/- will be charged for re-admission.
Students shall park their vehicles in car parking on their own risk and ICMS Management will not be responsible for any mishap.
